I believe leaders are made, not born. Becoming a leader is a choice that each of us can make.
My message to you today is that you have the God-given ability to be the greatest at anything you choose to do
If you are not going to contribute to the betterment of everything you’re involved in, at the very least stay out of the way of people who are trying to make a difference.
A verbal “thank you” will not cost you anything at all, and a written “thank you” requires only a piece of paper, an envelope, and a stamp. Saying and writing “Thank you” is a simple way to show your appreciation to your clients, family, and friends for doing nice things for you.
If you make having fun a priority, you will feel great, have more energy, and inspire your friends and family. Make having fun a priority.
The truth will set you free How many times have you heard someone say, ”The truth will set you free”? Probably more times than you could count. It’s even in the Bible! John 8:32 says, “Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” This statement is also commonly heard in academic settings. When you hear “The truth will set you free,” what does it mean to you? It will most likely mean something different to each of us. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at will change Today I would like to relate this statement to business. When I think about it in this context, “The truth will set you free” means that I should be true to myself and not try to be something I am not. In my 40-year business career, I have not always been true to myself. I thought I was good at every aspect of being a business owner, leader, and salesperson. I was not good at everything, however, and at some point in my life I realized it. I could have been a much better CEO and a much better salesperson if I had admitted that I needed to work on certain skills. As I get older, I have become a lot more comfortable admitting to myself that I am not good at everything. The truth did set me free, and it has been liberating to feel okay...
Compliments are contagious. Compliments are essential. Compliments are free. Let’s all make an effort to do more complimenting whenever we have an opportunity. Our positive words are needed now more than ever.
When you visualize your own success, you will also bring the right people into your life. I would be thrilled to coach you on how to implement visualization into your life.
If you incorporate these seven principles into your life, you will achieve new levels of business and personal success and happiness.
I have found that talking to myself is POWERFUL, and I am confident that it can work for everyone who tries it. HOWEVER, you must be enthusiastic about what you are verbalizing and believe 100% in what you are saying.

I enjoyed your seminar and its focus. I was on the fence whether or not to attend and decided why not? I could have sat through an all day session if there was one, usually I end up at the seminars that start with a focus and quickly go astray. I found with yours time flew by too fast and it was already time to go but I wasn’t ready to go.”
